Telemedicine Option
Dear Friends,
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and under the direction of our Governor, we have decided to offer a telemedicine option. These appointments will be made with current clients only and the pet must have been seen within the previous 12 months. If deemed appropriate, we will dispense medication(s) for your pet’s condition with our curbside service at our offices. Fees for any medication(s) are in addition to the consultation fee of $45 for a 15-minute telemedicine consultation.
Please note that this is a consultation call. We cannot diagnose and treat all conditions by this remote method. Some sick or injured patients will need to be seen at one of our offices. If it is determined at the time of the consultation that an in-clinic exam would be more appropriate to address your pet’s issues, a credit of $20 will be applied to your office visit.
Our consultations will be made using the Facebook Portal platform. You will need to have a Facebook account and have the Facebook Messenger App on your smartphone. You will also need to request being a friend on our Facebook page, Meadowbrook-Breckenridge Veterinary, prior to your consultation. Please make sure that you are available and flexible with our doctors around the time of your consultation. For any additional questions, please reach out to one of our offices.
Regards,
The Doctors and Staff of Meadowbrook & Breckenridge Veterinary
